The Reception is open from 08:00 a.m. to 20:00 p.m. in summer (May-September) and 09:00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m. in winter (October- April), 7 days a week.
All payment and check-in takes place from 09:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m. In case of need, after 06:00 p.m., you can ask the security officer at the Reception.

• Check-in starts after 3:00 PM.
• Check-out is by 12:00 PM.

Upon check-out, we kindly ask guests to wait at Reception while we check the room for any irregularities. Any damages or missing items will be charged at Reception according to the established price list.

In case of any damage, please report it to Reception so it can be addressed promptly.

Late check-out must be requested at Reception at least 1 day before the day of check-out, if possible, your request will be granted.

Payment for the stay can be made in cash or by card: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard.

• Room cleaning (tidying, garbage disposal, vacuuming and refreshing): every day.
• Towel change: every third day.
• Bed linen change and thorough room cleaning: every third day.
  Cleaning starts after 10:00 AM.
• Pool towels are provided once according to the number of guests upon check-in.
• Using bathroom towels at the pools and pool towels at the beach is prohibited!
• The working hours of the housekeeping staff are from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM (if you desire cleaning at a specific time, please inform Reception, and we will try to accommodate your request).

Pets are not allowed in the complex!

The fine is 100 BGN.

In case you lose an item in the complex, please inform Reception immediately.
If you realize that you have forgotten or lost an item after leaving the complex, please call +359 876706366. If found, it will be sent to the address you provide.

Internet Access

• The complex offers free internet.

• Internet in the apartment where you are staying.

During working hours, you can use the services of the spa center located in the Natura hotel:

At your disposal is the Olea restaurant, located in the Natura hotel – an elegant classic restaurant distinguished by its natural concept, cuisine using local products, and uncompromising quality service. The restaurant has a capacity of 80 seats in the indoor hall and 40 seats in the outdoor area, which impresses with its wonderful view of the pool and Burgas Bay.

Working hours Children’s playground: 09:00 AM to 10:00 PM. ( only in the summer)

For our youngest visitors, aged between 3 – 6 years, there is a specially equipped children’s playground, and for the fun of teenagers – billiards.

Swimming pool

The working hours of the pool are from 09.00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m. (May-September) The pool is 50 metres long and up to 1.55 metres deep at certain points.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
The pool is without a life guard.

The nearest pharmacy is a 15-minute walk from the complex, in the center of Sarafovo.

Transport

The bus stop is only a 5-minute walk from the complex. You can use bus line No. 15 – the bus runs every 20 minutes and goes to:

If you need to organize transport by taxi, please contact the Reception for assistance or use the button to call a taxi, which is located at the entrance to the reception.

You can ask at Reception for information about car rental services.

You can ask for information about renting a bicycle at the Reception.

The nearest post office is in the center of Sarafovo, a 15-minute walk from the complex.

Otherwise the complex is not responsible for them.
When leaving the apartment, please close the windows, lock and leave the key at the reception.
